The work included demolition asbestos abatement of varied commercial structures.
Complicating this demolition was the unique structure of a former theater that shared a party wall with the adjacent building which remained.
Three city blocks of the city’s Columbus Park Area were demolished for the City’s revitalization plan of more retail and restaurants.
