Mulford Gardens
Remediation and demolition of eighteen apartment buildings at the former Mulford Gardens Housing Project. Work included asbestos removal, complete demolition of eighteen three story buildings, the central boiler, 120 ft. stack, four 30,000 gallon USTs, contaminated soil and steam tunnel abatement, substantial site restoration for future construction by others.
