Wartburg Adult Care Community,
Demolition and asbestos abatement was performed at this adult care community on an administrative building and the maintenance garage. These buildings were taken down to below grade and backfilled. Underground storage tanks and a pedestrian bridge were also demolished.
Special attention was required relating to dust, noise and other environmental concerns due to the elderly population and their health concerns.
Project monitoring and all New York State inspections and clearances were performed efficiently.
