Duggan School
This was a large scale selective structural demolition of a three story historic brick school. We completely gutted the interior of this structurally weak building built in 1896, leaving the outside façade shell. There was specifically designed shoring which was bought in place to prevent collapse as the work progressed. Salvage of the clock tower for the owner was performed. The Southwest wing of the building was demolished.
