Blue Back Square Development Project
The work at Blue Back Square included both significant demolition, environmental, and historic preservation components
The work included the demolition of a large car dealership and associated service bays, three multi family dwellings, community building and the former Board of Education.
Our work also included extensive contaminated water management, removal and disposal of contaminated soil, salvage of a sixty foot tall clock tower which was both architecturally and historically significant and saving the entryway façade of a three story neoclassic building in the center of the town green.
