St. Johns Towers
We demolished the above grade elevated “recreational” concrete decks and then we performed the work required to excavate, backfill, form and pour the new columns and footings between the residential towers. Our services included drilling, grout repair, installation of and welding of clamps required for reinforcing the decks, and shoring remaining structures.
On the remaining recreational decking, we did spot patching as required, and included the structural repair for columns.
